  • All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of relevant goods. If we fail to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order.

  • Customers can order goods via online shopping cart. After we confirm the order and payment, our customer service staff will contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery.


  • This store reserves the right to refuse any delivery location that cannot be reached by vehicles/needs to be walked, involves safety issues or is deemed unreasonable.
  • Each order can only be delivered to one address.
  • Our customer service staff will call the customer to confirm the delivery time on the day of delivery, please pay attention to the call. If the customer is not successfully contacted, the delivery service will be postponed, and the customer service staff will reschedule the delivery date and time with the customer.
  • Customers should be able to receive the products within the scheduled delivery time. We do not guarantee our delivery staff can strictly at all times deliver the products within the specific time period. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • If a customer chooses to deliver the goods to their management office for collection or to place them outside the door of their residence, the delivery person will contact the customer to notify them that the goods have arrived. If the goods are damaged or lost subsequently, we will not be held liable for any losses.
  • If a black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted on the delivery day, the delivery service will be suspended. The customer service staff will contact the customer and reschedule the delivery date and time as soon as possible after the weather warnings are removed.
  • We reserve the right to change and revise all terms and conditions at any time without providing prior notice to customers.
  • Your personal information will be used for your use, management and account login on this website and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

Weight management terms of service

  • This plan is a calorie-controlled diet. Individual results will vary.
  • Our diet plans are designed by a qualified pet nutritionist, and a suitable diet plan is computer generated based on the information you provided. The accuracy of the information you provided will affect the result given, please ensure that all information is accurate.
  • If your pet has any medical conditions that may be affected by a change in diet, please consult your veterinarian before starting your plan. We will not accept any liability for deterioration in medical conditions.
  • The information provided by us is not medical advice or a substitute for medical treatment, your pet should not use the diet plans without first obtaining their own medical advice if they are, pregnant, lactating, at puppy/kitten stage or have any medical condition which would affect their dietary requirements.
  • All food supplied as part of a diet plan should be stored in room temperature environment, away from long exposure to sunlight and should be refrigerated once opened. Uncontaminated food can be stored under refrigerator for up to 24 hours after opening.
  • Food packaging may get damaged during transportation. If your packages are severely damaged, do not consume the food inside.  Contact us immediately and we will endeavour to send a replacement if appropriate. We are unable to send replacements if the damaged product is NOT reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
  • Results are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases, and information on our website is provided for informational purposes only and you should not rely on any such information to diagnose or treat health problems or medical conditions or replace consultations with your veterinarian. Always check with your veterinarian before taking any action as a result of such information. No statements made by or on our behalf, or any results provided by us have been evaluated by any regulatory body.
  • You are solely responsible for the proper and safe handling, preparation, storage, use and consumption of the products you receive from us. You acknowledge that we have no liability whatsoever for human consumption of products designed for pets. You are also solely responsible for knowing about any food allergies your pet may have and verifying the products and their contents before you or your pet handle, prepare, use or consume such products. Further, you understand, acknowledge and agree that some of our products contain potential allergens such as chicken, lamb, fish or shellfish.
